Forum stickies that post a -new mirror- hours after a DDoS.
Clearnet pages that copy this wiki-s layout and change the hostnames.
Screenshots of a PGP fingerprint that never existed on the real onion.

Defense

Copy only from omega.onion-wiki.com. Diff all 56 characters. Then the canary. If either check fails, close the tab.

Never type a seed, PIN, or market password on a host that failed the diff.
